Four new framework agreements with The Norwegian Tax Administration

Following several tender rounds, ProData Consult and ProData Consult-owned Bragd Consulting Network have won four attractive framework agreements with The Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) worth NOK 315 million.

The agreements cover various areas, like Consulting Services, Usability, Universal Design and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Digital Process Automation (DPA).

The four framework agreements have a total estimated contract value of NOK 315 million. The framework agreements start in 2021 and runs for two years, with an extension option of two years.

ProData Consult acquired Bragd Consulting Network in July 2021, and the two consulting companies will merge in 2022. Together, the two companies hold several framework agreements with Norwegian public agencies, ministries, and prominent public institutions.

The public tender has been running for a long time, and already in July, ProData Consult signed three contracts as part of the main agreement: Usability, Universal design and RPA & DPA.

Bragd Consulting Network won the attractive agreement on Consulting Services with a value of NOK 160 million, which was announced on 30 August. They scored the highest of the five bidders who participated in the tender. In this competition, The Tax administration weighted price 40%, whilst quality was weighted at 60%.

Dozens of significant framework agreements

ProData Consult has framework agreements with the Tax Administration, Bufdir, Hospital Purchasing, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Norwegian Armed Forces, and others.

Bragd Consulting Network has agreements with the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation and Modernisation, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, the Ministry of Finance, NORAD, SPK - The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund, the Norwegian Correctional Service, NIBIO and NAV, to name the largest.
