We comply with the highest standards of data integrity and information security to ensure our clients’ and consultants’ data are protected. We have an ISAE 3000 GDPR Assurance Report, which confirms our compliance with the European legislative standards for the processing of personal data. Essentially, the report serves as proof that ProData Consult complies with and adheres to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU).

The services we offer to our clients, likewise comply with the highest standards. We can proudly say that we have achieved the ISAE 3402 Assurance Report, which documents that all processes related to our Nearshore Services adhere to the ISO 27001 standard and are continuously monitored and improved.


CSR policy

ProData Consult has made a commitment to align our strategy and business operations with UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (OECD) as well. We will prevent or mitigate adverse impacts on human rights, the environment, and business ethics (anti-corruption), and will address any actual adverse impacts that arise.
